This page explains how we are responding to COVID-19 and the changes we are making to the way we provide our services.

Before visiting our workshop, you will need to make an appointment either via phone or email.

By only allowing appointment visits we can ensure:

• • A team member will be available immediately upon your arrival
• • The amount of people on the premises is kept to a minimum
• • The 2-metre distancing rule recommended by the UK Government is followed
• • Customers do not have to wait in shared spaces near other customers
• • If you wish to view a van, it is on the premises (Vans are not usually kept in the workshop)

To keep you and our team safe we ask that you follow the below advice when attending your appointment:

• • If you or a member of your household has a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath please do not visit the workshop
• • Bring as few people to the appointment as possible
• • Keep 2 metres apart from our team members where possible

We are now able to provide you with a video handover rather than an in person one. Our video handover features a member of our team talking you through the features of your van, along with tips and advice on how everything works.

If you would like a video handover rather than a traditional one, please let us know. We can however still talk you through the features of your van in person if you would prefer that.
